Un entretien RH + Un entretien technique avec des membres de l'équipe. La procédure a duré en tout trois mois, pour le bureau de Santiago du Chili. Bureau réactif et très ouvert aux candidatures spontanées, surtout pour les étudiants étrangers.

The interview is quite difficult and challenging. You definitely need to have a good background and understanding of the stock market. They also look into your communication skills by asking you situational questions.
