The process was very tedious. Initial phone call with a recruiter who was very unresponsive, I had to leave several voicemails when trying to arrange a time. After the video interview with the hiring manager, I was ghosted despite being advised I would hear back shortly. I sent several emails to both the recruiter and the hiring manager before finally receiving a response 2 months after my interview (after a final email to them) to say I wasn't being offered the role. I had kindly requested a simple feedback which was not given and I was ghosted again, I would have expected this courtesy having taken a lot of time in preparing for the interview and completing it. I enjoyed speaking with the hiring manager but I would advise the company to really take seriously and review the candidate experience and be respectful to those taking the time to go through the recruitment process - it leaves a very bad impression of the company.
