-Interview about your CV and special experiences at college -short written test -basically you need to write as formal as you could since the job is mainly about giving instructions to CS team to follow

It was an open interview. I arrived to the main office where I had to submit availability request followed by a typing test and than an in person interview asking about my previous work with customer service. It was a really quick interview than I was offered the job as soon as we finished in person.
