2 round group online interview,
First round: self intro (1 min)and group discuss about how HKT can help SMEs.
Second round: self intro 4 to 5 mins and case study.
The interview will begin with a self-introduction, where each candidate will have the opportunity to share their background, experiences, and motivations for applying. Following the self-introductions, there will be a 15-minute group discussion. During this time, candidates will be encouraged to engage with each other on a specific topic, showcasing their communication skills and ability to collaborate. Finally, the interview process will conclude with a written test, designed to assess candidates' critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
