Versant round, online assessment, hr round. Most of the interview process is based on english communication skills and how many regional languages you know. Other than that there is no much about the interview. If experienced need to provide valid documents. Over all interview process is easy

Interview

Daily interviews are taken at office. Tech graduate and diploma holders are not interviewed easily. HR and manager two rounds are there. After training your process will finalize. Before that a mock call is taken by manager and review your training performance.

HGS viman nagar they higher for domestic process they just look your confidence, its complete sales outbound process...incentive is very good but offering salary is low they search candidate for long time

The interview took place at Hgs Gb palaya branch.It was a bpo non voice process.There were a total of 4 rounds.HR round, versant round, manager round and last client round. Overall a good interview but you need to wait like 8- 9 hours to complete each and every round.
