Pretty straightforward. First stages involved internet speed test (remote work) and multi stage assessment. Final interview was on zoom. Common questions around customer service and how to assist customers were asked. Also, questions around previous experience in customer service

Initial telephone interview, online skills assessment, in-person interview which included role-playing scenario-based questions and criminal background check (at a reduced cost to applicant). Site tour and call-listening and observing we're included in interview session.
