Interview
Phone interview. Then two in person interviews. These interviews were scheduled quickly. One group interview with written questions. Interviwer asked questions and waited to see who would answer. They also asked you to complete a written assessment. If choosen from group then you interview with hiring manager. Pretty standard questions for a counseling position. They also required me to have a TB test done.
