Be prepared for behavioral questions using STAR format for answers.
Questions about going above and beyond expectations, managing conflict and difficult situations. Typically there is a screening interview with a recruiter, interview with the hiring manager and at least one interview with higher level manager or SME.

Give an example of a time where you exceeded expectations.
Interviewed with Hiring Manager, HR and VP. Each interview was 45mins to 1hr. Some of the questions were basic questions and others were built around how to handle different situations.
