The interview process was an initial telephone screening with a recruiter, COO, and department leader.
A second in-person panel interview consisted of the entire executive leadership team. then a panel interview with all directors, and finally with a select few physician leaders. The in-person interview was all day. They were all very welcoming, professional, and the most amazing group of professionals I have met. This was the most pleasant and positive interview process I experienced in my 20-plus years.
The only reason offer declined, was due to very low salary compared to current salary. However, they did try to present the best offer they could.
