The interview process was somewhat extensive but painless. Spoke to three managers within one week. The bar manager , AGM then the GM. Most important thing is to be positive and smile . Hard Rock is all about customer service and keeping the guests happy, upsell and know the menu. I would def recommend having menu knowledge before you go in and smile alot.. like a lot..
