It was an easy group interview, were interviewers were asking questions about H&M values, importance of teamwork and how to handle a difficult customer.
I felt myself at ease and success of the interview was revealed after a few days.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
