Interview
We were asked to come not a group interview. There were four people interviewing from different H&M branches. We had to do an icebreaker (your name and who you would invite for dinner) and then we had a group task in which we had to organise some boxes to reflect the company's new theme of "freedom" then another group task in which we had to unpack and repack delivery quickly while still assisting customers, then we had to to take turns answering questions from a sheet on how we would deal with potential situations in store.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M
Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
