Interview
The interview consist of multiple steps for the opening of the first store in Chihuahua, which probably made it a bit different. 1st. you go throug a series of people interviewing you and asking you basic questions as why do you wanna work for H&M. 2nd. you are in a circle with other candidates, and you are doing dynamics that the recruiters are evaluating. 3rd. you get a call back or not for training. 4th. once you complete training then you can sign contract.

Interview
The interview was simple and a quick process, there are some nice people you, late nights, busy sale days, customers can be rude, very fast paced. Long time standing on your feet as well and you're allowed to wear what you like.

First you need to do an online test to check your compatibility with the role and the brand guidelines. After that, a few days later they quickly called to set an interview
