Is three parts, one is to get to know you and see what you know about fashion. Second they ask you more about hours, which department you like. You get a chance to ask questions, and its usally 2/3 managers. Store manager makes final decision.

Straight forward and generic interview questions. It was quite brief and a few specific question about h & m especially the member scheme, products they sell and customer type. Very friendly and welcoming.
