Interview
Telephone interview and then group interview (with 1:1 interview section included as well). Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. They ask you about your customer service experiences and times you had a difficult customer. Basically they want to know that you have patience and how you handle conflict because they deal with difficult customers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They have a scenario where they act like an upset customer who was denied access to a fitting room because he was in a wheelchair and he threatens to call the BBB.
The interview process was fine, they were able to be flexible with timing and all took place remotely. Interviewers were nice and made you feel comfortable. Job was offered via a separate call

Interview
The interview process started with a short email prompt sharing a customer service experience you've had. It was basically used to gauge how well you are with grammar and customer experiences. I was then invited to have a 30 minute video call with the recruiter to discuss the role and my background.
After that went well, I was invited for an hour long in-person interview. The first part was a traditional interview with of the managers and the second part was a written portion where you had to respond to mock customer complaints. Again, it gauged proper use of grammar and customer resolution practices.
