Remote sessions due to COVID. Thorough multi step process, talking to both technical and business people from the team you would be working with, starting with HR with focus both on technical skills and personality and suitability, company culture and professional development
First meeting with the HR & then with Manager/PO and then with the technical lead and architect for a technical interview. Finally a reference round before the offer was released.

Interview
Multiple interviews starring with HR which is an intro to explain a bit about your interests. Followed by technical interview with tech team. Then another Tech/Team fit interview with hiring manager. Finally a culture fit interview.
