After applying online there was a telephone interview that took about 20 minutes, then there was a face to face interview in London, one for design that took about 40 minutes and one to find out more about myself also lasting 40 minutes.

Very relaxed and planned out. HR was so friendly and I felt comfortable. Other people interviewing were in the same waiting room and super nice. Most non stressed interview process ever.

Interview
After the telephone interview, you are invited to an interview in person. The day consisted of a short presentation from one of the recruiters about what it is like to work at H&M and the company itself. Then there are two 45 minute interviews, one to look through your portfolio and the other to get to know you as a person.
