So I was contacted by H&M two days after sending the application and invited for a phone interview with responsible HR. During the phone interview they asked about my previous experience but also why H&M and asked a lot of questions about trends. About 20minutes after phone conversation I got an email with invitation for the Interview Day at H&M (even though they said they will let me know in one week). I attended presentation about H&M and buying position and two interviews in Stockholm- one with HR responsible and one with a buyer. Both very structured and a lot of questions to give an examples. They checked my skills for choosing the right merchandise etc. I didnt get any feedback after that.
