process took a 1+ week. I had an initial phone interview, then I was called in for an interview & did it with one of the department manager's and got passed 2nd interview and got called in for a 3nd interview with Store manager. (3 interviews total) Fairly simple. They just want to know what kind of person you are and get to know you. I used Glassdoor to help me prepare for the harder questions.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
