Interview
Quite simple they start with a phone screen and then if they are interested they offer you an in person interview. The phone screen consists of basic employment questions. They ask about previous experience and they also ask you why you want to work for the company. They do expect that you will have open availability and they ask about it.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
