I applied online and then was rung a week later asking for a quick phone interview then asked to come into the store. I was interviewed by two people and they asked me a few questions about H&M as a company and why I'd like to work there. Then I was taken to a store room with two girls who already worked there where I helped them organise and put out jewellery for about half an hour. I was rung the next day to be offered the job.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
