The interviewer--who happened to be the owner of the company--was late for the interview. While waiting, I was able to observe the working atmosphere. Everyone works in one open-plan room, so those who have to concentrate (like content writers and devs) are stuck sitting next to those on calls managing accounts. There also seemed to be not enough desks for everyone.
When the owner finally arrived, he came across as incredibly arrogant; he was more interested in having me praise him and his company than actually learning about my skills and what I could bring to the role. When he asked me about salary, I stated my expectations (which was a number within the range listed in the job ad) he became combative and said I should be open to taking the role for significantly less than was advertised. When I mentioned that work-life balance was important to me, he scoffed at me and tried to argue that working for his company was more important.
After all of that, they ended up not hiring anyone for the role at all, so they wasted my time and their own time. If they had offered me the job, I would have not taken it based on the interview experience. Avoid this company.
