They moved fast. One day after applying I got a phone call and interviewed the next day. One hour long, two different people. Called again next week to speak with the boss. Boss seemed reserved. Its a small team so they are really looking for a good fit. According to one of the employees, they vote on who gets the job.

Applied and got an interview within 3 weeks. Before I had the interview I told them the salary I was looking for and they said it's what the position was paying. The interview was an hour long and met with one other analyst. Everything seemed great and they said they would call me back to meet with the CEO. Well, overall it was a waste of time because I couldn't even get a professional courtesy follow up email to my requests to see what was going on. They completely ghost anyone they don't want to hire, and the lady Allison says she only hires men. Wish I read the other reviews before wasting my time with an unprofessional company.
