Grip (uk) interview questions

I had a great chat with Milica from HR and was scheduled for a second interview with the person who would be my manager if I got the job. The interview went well; they were polite, and we had a nice conversation. After that, I was scheduled to speak with the COO. That conversation went just as well—she was incredible, fun, easygoing, just great to talk to. She even told me I’d be receiving an offer within a day or two. And then… nothing. No offer, no rejection, just silence. I followed up, wanting to understand if I had done something wrong since everything seemed to go well, but I got no response at all. It was very surprising that I got zero feedback.
