The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Green Jellyfish (Norwich, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Drawn out process largely driven by indecisiveness from leadership. Interviewers were great, but the business model raises questions that are difficult to answer.
Not a business I would recommend on that basis.

Interview
Initially, I wasn't keen to interview based on the reviews that the business has received over a number of years. Despite not addressing this directly, the interviewers did alluded to a number of these challenges and in turn, I found the interview to actually be very constructive and enjoyable. Though I was not convinced by the the operation, I was comfortable enough to proceed through the process.
At the 3rd stage of the process, I was informed that role had changed but they would still be keen to progress with myself as the desired candidate due my varied sector experience, but informed me that there would be a change in reporting structure etc.
I was offered this new position, however, once the conversation turned towards specific questions around the package, structuring of benefits (car/bonus), and Green Jellyfish's place in the group structure, the business struggled to come back with defined parameters and contracts, before eventually pulling the offer "due to a change in requirements".
Admittedly, this left a bitter taste and added further credence to the vast number of negative view via Google, Glassdoor and anywhere else you care to look. It has a similar feel to the payroll businesses exploiting subcontractor loopholes of yesteryear,
