Gravitas Financial interview questions

The role posted and the role interviewed for were very different and misleading. The interviewer was condescending and I believe had never really interviewed people before. The job posted was investment banking analyst and the role was to work on some website called smallcap power. The interviewer had no courtesy to follow up on the application or acknowledge the email. Very disorganized process. They need to hire an HR staff to better organize their hiring needs and post jobs which match with what they are interviewing for.

The interview process was quite straight forward. It consisted of phone interview followed by two in person interviews, the first with an analyst and the other with one of the partners. Mostly fit questions and some basic technical questions.
