I interviewed at Grand Prix International (Indian Orchard, MA)
Interview
Extremely long. 3-4 phone calls with the president of the organization, then three in-person interviews in a row, then some more phone calls with the president. I learned a lot and enjoyed the company of everyone I spoke to.
They weren't so interested in my past experience...they were much more curious about my ability to be an excellent team player. They also asked some "fun" questions to see if I would be a good culture fit. Use the STAR response method.
If you can demonstrate that you're a quick learner, a jack-of-all-trades, and polite yet pleasant, you'll do well. You don't need to know anything about manufacturing to get a job here. Just read through the website a few times and read articles by previous and current employees.
