Grace Orchard School interview questions

VP and Director interview. Time allocated 1 hour. Was allocated a time, however staff called to arrange earlier timing on the day of interview. Reached and waited 15 minute before the interview begins. It was noted that only 1 qn is asked and to comment the possible reasons

Very straight forward. You will be interviewed by 3 personnels (one being the HR officer). You will be asked primarily on issues dealing with special needs students and providing ways to add value to he school.
