Interview
I was asked to complete an EXTENSIVE project before having an interview. The complete process was poorly done. I was asked to do hours of work (for actual clients that could be used) and never heard back. From my small interaction with this company, I'm not impressed. Their HR is extremely flawed.
Quick phone call, followed by them asking me to complete a project for them coming up with social media posts for their existing clients. After submitting, I received neither a confirmation of receipt from them, or further correspondence after that point. Pretty big waste of time, but probably a dodged bullet given I got another offer soon after and this was only a $15/hr job.
