I received an email to have an interview 90 minutes before it happened. Was a very short notice. It was an interview for internship position. CEO expected me to work more than 8 hours but he said he won't pay for overtime.

Overall, the process was a little bit unorganized. I get the sense that it is a tiny company with just one main guy who runs it and a small crew of developers he hires. I did a take home assignment and then an in person coding test.
