I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goldstein Test Prep in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process took a couple of weeks. After I contacted Goldstein Test Prep, I had one phone interview that lasted about a half hour. Just behavioral and a little bit of experience, but mostly just to get a sense of who you are and your ability to communicate.

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Goldstein Test Prep (Pittsburgh, PA) in Dec 2014
Interview
The interview process was very casual and laid back. We met over coffee and discussed prior experiences from my resume. The interviewer stuck to items on my resume. Additionally, I was asked how I'd handle certain difficult classroom situations. I was promised a return call within 10 days and got the acceptance call at the end of the 10th day. Ultimately, the company focuses on test scores as a qualification to be an instructor
