Interview
The applicant goes through 3 interviews per BU, and each one can be very different, as each interviewer will focus of an area of interest depending on what is the position for and the resume of the applicant. Standard object oriented, database and algorithms questions will form the bases for more complex inquiries.
First stage was applying with CV/cover letter, then pass the screening. Once passed screening you get the coding test, which I passed all test cases and then got the hirevue. The hirevue wasn’t bad, just haven’t got a response ever since.
