Interview
I attended a networking event and submitted my resume. They didn't get back to me until about 2 months later. The whole process took over 3 months! To top it off, they didn't even bother informing me that they weren't going to make me an offer. I only found that out when I reached out to them. Very unprofessional. One of the interviewers had a very weak understanding of the problem (and solution) he gave me. In general, hardly any coding questions; mostly system design.
