Interview
Multiples rounds of short, 30 minutes interviews where you effectively do the same interview for the first 20 minutes and get 10 minutes to try to actually communicate with the interviewer.
There was resume shortlisting followed by 4 rounds of interview. The first round was an explanatory call. Each interview round was 30-50mins long. the questions were focussed on resume, probability and statistics, and market scenarios.

Interview
There were four stages of interviews with five team members and the managing director. It was a lengthy process because they took a long time to respond. They asked a lot of technical questions and wanted to learn more about my experience.
