Overall good, Interviews were kind and mostly discussed past experiences I had, focusing on what I had learnt from those. Very little by way of technical knowledge, much more focus on my motivation to join. Only technical questions were related to work I had done previously in asset management internship

What was the most important thing you learnt from your most recent internship.
Il processo di selezione prevede esclusivamente un colloquio HireVue. Il candidato risponde a domande pre-registrate tramite video, valutate successivamente dal team di selezione, senza ulteriori step come colloqui dal vivo o assessment center.
30 minute Telephone Interview was the 1st round (after hirevue). Interviewer asked about me: Introduce yourself. And many technical questions specific on CV and also general questions on derivatives and motivation.
After this was 2x 30min Video Interview's for the 2nd round.
