You have to know food technology and food processing. It is one interview with senior management, So you have to prepare well for background questions and ensure that you the company culture mission and goals.

Interview
It was a very thorough interview, which illustrated a dynamic environment and technically above standard. Followed by an in depth individual analyses which was very rewarding to complete as it challenged me not only in my field, but also to view problems from different viewpoints.
