I applied through other source. I interviewed at Gokongwei Brothers Foundation
Interview
Interview was a lengthy process. I was put in 3 different interviews, 1 online and 2 onsite.. They didnt give me any feedback for almost a month. I put in so much effort coz I thought I was shortlisted but I was wrong. Not even a regret email. While i was waiting, I scrolled through my browser and I saw negative reviews on glassdoor. I realized I wasnt the only one who had the same traumatic experience
The interview process consisted of a series of lengthy sessions, each with a panel of interviewers who projected an intimidating presence. Their questions were probing and often delivered in a formal, intense manner. Interestingly, some of the questions were repeated across different interviews, making it feel as though my responses were being carefully scrutinized or compared. This repetition added to the pressure, as it seemed they were looking for consistency or perhaps testing how I would handle the same question in different contexts.

Question 1
I was asked to provide a proof of my current compensation from my current employer.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gokongwei Brothers Foundation (Manila, Manila) in Feb 2024
Interview
* Interview questions were too technical for, as far as the JD is written, a non-technical role.
* Made it a point to pry into why I took longer to finish my undergraduate degree and why there was a gap in my employment (red flags)
* Asked me to appear in person and failed to give me any feedbacks in the three interview stages
