In person interview, then call with a higher up. While disorganized in scheduling, recieved offer and accepted. A couple of days later, they call and rescind the offer. Unprofessional and unethical hiring practice.

Interview
It was easy. The Hire Representative person was friendly and made it seem more like a conversation between two people, than asking and answering questions. She was not at all intimidating. She made jokes and was very talkative.
