Interview
El proceso duró unas 3 semanas. Primero tuve una llamada breve con la reclutadora para validar experiencia y expectativas. Luego me enviaron un challenge técnico que debía entregar en una semana. Después tuve una revisión del challenge con dos ingenieros, seguida de una entrevista de system design donde me pidieron diseñar un servicio escalable. Finalmente hablé con el Engineering Manager sobre liderazgo, cultura y forma de trabajo.
Las entrevistas fueron directas y respetuosas. Las preguntas técnicas fueron exigentes pero justas. Recomiendo preparar system design y justificar siempre los trade-offs.

The interview was based in Javascript Question in english, asking about basic concepts of Javascript and NodeJS, It asked about the lyfecycle of an app in Javascript, and AWS context.
it was a great experience having interview with globant. there as many things which i understood here. The manager round was good. More he was asking toward the general understanding
