Enjoyable interview in a personal atmosphere and good communication before the interview. Technical questions concerning the specific project and prior given readings. Classical personal fit questions and CV walk-throughs. Enough time for questions.

I submitted an application by email (the instructions and required documents are listed online) and waited about 2 weeks to receive a response to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted half an hour and was straightforward, detailing my job scope and projects if I were to be selected.
