Global Call interview questions

Did this interview in summer 2021, definitely the weirdest interview I had been to. Like the other comment said, it is basically a lecture ranting how incompetent young people are these days. Interview was held at the conference room, with a total of 15-20 interviewees in the room, listening to the interviewer. And for my time, he also strongly emphasized the importance of getting vaccinated by stressing that getting COVID will give you an ED... Anyways, be prepared for some aggressive and harsh comments. But thinking back now, I think this is a test by the interviewer to see whoever has the thickest face, greatest ambition and a positive mindset. I am the opposite of what he wants. If you really need an offer, speak back to the interviewer intelligently and perhaps with an ambitious note, instead of answering questions like a student. Or else, just listen to him and just answer to his Qs accordingly if you don't want the job. I am a good actor, and perhaps good at reading the room, so I got the offer.

It was more like a lecture than an interview. The interviewer spoke for 3 hours about his views on youngsters nowadays and how incompetent they are. Kept criticizing the interviewees.
