The interviewer was late 10 minutes, and kind of not prepared. Prior to the interview I asked the Talent Acquisition member what will be the interview format and if I need to prepare anything, to show I expect them to know their candidates.
Interviewer was late 10 minutes for 30 minutes meeting, did not apologies or took it serious about it. If Interviewer really joined the meeting on time, the person should have my details up front, but it doesn't seem like it, because interviewer on look up for my profile while engaging me, and asked me which position I applied for. After 5 minutes on the call, interviewer mentioned they don't really hire at the moment or they not going to move forward with my application because not match to their requirements. All this happen without interviewer ask me to introduce myself or ask about my Services Now experience or qualifications. To be honest kind of disappointed, I was expecting a better session for an organization championing about their previous CEO legacy.
