The interview process weighed heavily on my decision to join Glassdoor, even with competing offers, because I was given a true peak into what it would be like to work for Glassdoor. The recruiter I worked with was helpful, prompt in each response, and invested in my success throughout the interview process.

Very thorough process including conversations with GM, VP of Sales, and Director. Very straight forward with their thoughts on my pros and cons, then allowed me the opportunity to address their concerns in an open forum. Also got to speak with several team members to get their perspective and allow them the opportunity to get to know me.
