      Senior Analyst (AR) Interview

      Sep 16, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2019

      Interview

I was contacted by a Director at Glassdoor through LinkedIN inquiring if I would be interested in making a change. I reviewed the open role description and advised I was interested to learn more. I had a phone interview with a Glassdoor Senior Acquisition Partner and then another phone interview with the Director. From there we arranged an in person interviews with four Glassdoor employees in management, it took a couple of weeks for everyone's schedule to jive as some of the interviews were via video conference with the California office. The interviews took approximately 3 - 4 hours to complete. They contacted me with an offer within 48 hours and gave me the weekend to review and make a decision. The Senior Acquisition Partner made herself available (her name is Bree S.) and was very responsive with any questions/concerns I had during the offer consideration, acceptance and on boarding process. Thanks Bree!

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor

      Interview

Recruiter reached out to me via email and set up a phone screen. Had a pleasant conversation with her and then another with the hiring manager. She asked a lot of technical questions and we had such a good convo that she wanted to have another 1hr conversation so we could cover more. I thought that would be a phone interview as well but the recruiter actually called me back for an in -person. I was meeting with 4 people one in-house and the rest via video conference....met with the hiring manager, her manager, the team's lead and another colleague. I was in the office for about 3.5 hours...they provided lunch during my time interviewing there. The office was great and everyone was very welcoming. Recruiter followed up with me to check my references just a few days later. She was very transparent and accommodating during the process.
