Interview
One interview with HR, where you hear about the company and the internal problems that they have been facing. Then a separate interview with the social media team not long after. Then they will likely ghost you, no rejection, no follow-up. I even emailed them, and heard no response.
The interview felt self-serving. They assigned an unreasonably complex case study with no compensation or feedback. It seemed more like idea gathering than genuine hiring. Left with a strong sense of mistrust.
It was a classic HR interview, though the introduction about the company was unnecessarily long.
It's good that they're aware of the negative reviews on Glassdoor and Kununu and mentioned they're working to address the issues, but they didn't elaborate on their actions.
The interviewer was friendly, but they ghosted me afterward. Not receiving a follow-up email was disappointing.
