Interview
The interview process at Gizbel is quite straight forward. Their will be one assignment round in which you have to complete a small project within specified window of time. Then there will be one technical face to face interview round where you will be facing the panel of two technical interviewers. The last round will be managerial round or you can say HR round.
-Assignment round
-Technical (Face to Face)
-HR
Assignment round can be of 24 or 48 hrs. The project i received was having time window for 24hrs. Then i had to sent it back to them. My project was based on J2EE ( A task tracker ) web application. They have mentioned what it must contain and what you can add additional features for extra points. Basically i made interface for CRUD operations of the task in my task tracker and added search functionality for extra points. After few days i got a call that i have been selected for face to face interview at gizbel's office. Then i went to their office for interview and it took almost an hour for this round. It seems they were quite impressed and i got a call for managerial round. Managerial round was for almost 15 mins ( Telephonic) where they asked typical HR questions. Lastly i made it and got the offer. Yayy!
