I applied via Indeed and a few days later I recieved a call asking me if I were interested in being interviewed for the role. This was swiftly followed by an invitation to connect on LinkedIn. The interview consisted of mostly the interviewer telling me abit about the organisation and then proceeding to ask me all about Kantar Public which I found odd as the recruiter didn't seem to ask about any of my prior roles. At one stage the recruiter asked if they could refer to me by my initial which I politely declined and said they could refer to me by my name which the recruiter then proceeded to say your name is a bit of a mouthful. After what felt like a grilling I was told at the end of the interview that I wasn't being put forward due to the employer wanting at least 4 years of experience. This was truely a waste of my time.
