First, they presented the company, salaries, and the other companies they work with. They then asked the attendees if there were any questions. After that, they called candidates one by one for an individual interview, during which they also gave you a number (which is also a sticker). Once the individual interviews were finished, they announced the numbers that would move on to the next stage. In the next and final stage, they divided us into groups to complete an exercise. The numbered stickers had to be placed on our clothing so the recruiters could take notes on our interactions during the group exercise. Whether you are selected or not, you are informed about the outcome approximately one week later.
