Phone, coding challenge, on site. The company was unprepared during the onsite interview. They did not have coding challenge completed during the onsite we spent a good amount of time during the interview to setup the dev environment. The company/CTO was unprofessional, did not send any type of contact after the interview to notify of status. He was unreachable with no replies to any of the follow up emails sent.
