its like the usual interview in a bpo. tip is to be polite. enter the room with a smile and be honest. they value integrity more than anything else so if you messed up on your previous job, just be honest. the background check is very strict so you dont wanna lie about your previous work.

tell me something about yourself? have you had an experience with a sales/collections/healthcare account?
Didn't attend any of the interviews recently so I cannot describe anything g related to this field. Probably for an interview , self introduction round, aptitude test ( based on the company ), Versant round, manager round, hierarchy levels of interview if required based on the work experience for working people and for fresher basic questions.

Not bad about the process and location of the interview process followed was good but It took very long for me to stay in the premises and I kept my mind prepared and make sure that it took at least whole day the interview went on from 9 am to 7 pm at the office.
